Relational Learning Programs
Helping To Get Your School Community Talking
Positive relationships underpin everything that is conducive to a quality learning and teaching environment. Relationship-building in schools is central to success.
INNATE Education offers a range of 'Relational Learning' professional learning opportunities that can be tailored to your school needs.
Starting Community Conversations
Some say the art of a 'quality conversation' is lost in our 21st century, technology saturated and driven society. Sometimes the simplest form of communication is the best and most effective.
"Conversation is a beautiful word. Its original meaning was to 'live together,' 'to share a life'" Radcliffe 2006
So ... "LETS TALK"
Helping to create a purposeful conversation between teachers, parents and students
Allow us at 'INNATE Education' to bring back the art of a real, genuine, respectful, and purposeful conversation, for the benefit of your entire school and wider community. We can facilitate a 'community conversation' with key stakeholders of your school and wider community, whereby what may appear as an unstructured, casual chat between teachers, parents and students is actually a powerful, strategic and highly intentional means of building relationships and community.
Participants will be immersed in a deep conversation and we will purposely create a respectful, non-threatening, relaxed environment where all participants feel valued and appreciated. Our strategic questioning and considered facilitating will draw out fresh perspectives, and new understandings, build positive relationships and trust, ultimately forming a more positive community.
