Deputy Principal/Middle Leaders 360° external performance reviews
External performance reviews are essential for the effective management and evaluation of staff. They help develop individuals, improve their overall performance, and feed into school strategic planning. Formal external performance reviews are generally conducted every 2-3 years for all staff holding middle and senior leadership roles in schools.
360° degree external performance reviews aim to achieve the following:
