Student Leadership Training Programs
INNATE Education's student leadership programs provide the perfect opportunity for students to learn about their leadership roles and skills. We help them to develop new strategies to enable them to successfully lead their peers and represent the school. These programs provide a transformational experience where students receive expert training, take part in leadership and team-building activities and gain new perspectives on what it means to be a leader, so they can take their potential to the next level
We can tailor an individual program to meet the needs of your student leaders. You can select from a wide range of leadership topics including:
- Defining 'Leadership'
- How to determine your 'Leadership Style'
- Leaders - What makes them great and what do they do?
- Our School- What is "working well" and what can we do to make it "even better"?
- Public Speaking - "It's not what you say, but how you say it"
- How to hold productive and effective meetings.
- 'Join the Journey'- How to Inspire and motivate others
- How to set realistic and achievable goals
- The 'hard sell'- promoting and marketing your ideas

Great presentations are memorable. They contain graphics, images, and facts in such a way that they're easy to remember. Great presentations are motivating and often include stories.
